When I first went to Team Acupuncture I could not stand up straight and I was in a lot of pain. My first fall from a horse was when I was a year old and after that I had many more. I used to be a jumper but had to stop at the age of 21 because of back pain. I am now 28 years old and used to live with constant back and neck pain. I was able to feel the difference after the first visit, after the second visit my pain was almost gone and I am able to walk normal again. I really recommend Dr. Iris she is really great!

My sciatica issues were getting progressively more painful. I had been to two acupuncturists and a Chiropractor plus some PT and have had plenty of Advil. I am amazed that after one session with Dr. Long my most intense pain went from maybe 9-10 to about 3-4. I have never had such dramatic relief in my life. Dr. Long is very experienced, very concerned with her patient’s comfort and very attentive. If you are suffering then Team Acupuncture is positively the place to visit. I’m Caretha Cason and a friend/coworker told me about acupuncture because I was having pain on my foot /heel where I couldn’t walk hardly and I was goin to the foot dr. which I’ve already been before several times and they gave me a diagnostic of a heel spur. My coworker said try acupuncture because I had the same problem you having and I went to Dr.Long and she heeled me and I have no more pain in my foot. So I tried her and I’ve been to her 3 times already and I can feel the difference in my foot/heel. It doesn’t hurt as much. She also is treating me for my migraines and stress I must say she is a very polite and compassionate lady. Dr. Long does such a good job.

I went into Team Acupuncture with a lot of discomfort in my neck and rear shoulder. I had no idea what to expect being it was my first time receiving acupuncture. Dr. Iris made me feel extremely comfortable; using not only the acupuncture needles but also heat, electric stimulation, and a new technique to me: cupping. My quality of life has dramatically increased
I have suffered with chronic lower back pain for 30+ years due to a childhood injury and a lifetime of contact sports. I regularly participated in physical therapy and chiropractic treatment with limited results. My discomfort became so severe earlier this year that I received 3 sessions of cortisone injections into my spine. The relief was minimal and short lived. My next step was surgery and a spinal fusion. I limped into Ms Long’s office as a last ditch effort to ease my pain. After one session I walked out feeling exponentially better and within 2 days I experienced a sensation I hadn’t had in two decades, comfort. Not just pain relief but a feeling of being at ease. I’m am now able to weight train and practice Jiu Jitsu with my son again. If I can offer one piece of advice it would be to not wait. My quality of life has dramatically increased do to the acupuncture I received.

Acupuncture Helps Equestrians
I have scoliosis which is a deviation in the column. I have this condition since I was a teenager, never really bothers me. Start bothering me when I bought a new horse, and in order for me to ride him in the ride way I have to use muscles that because of the curvature on my column I haven’t using them, at that point the pain started. The pain was really strong during the night, I couldn’t sleep well, I woke up with numbness on my left side and kind of headache. I decided to tried acupuncture and luckily found Dr. Long. She is amazing, in a matter of ten sessions my pain is gone (although I know the curvature is there) . Thank to her I can ride my horse and do my gym routine. It was a great, and I don’t regret it a minute. Thank you Dr. Long.

Visiting Dr. Long’s Practice Has Greatly Improved My Health!
I initially visited Dr Long for treatment for TMJ and neck pain. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I was not sure what to expect. Dr. Long Is a Gifted Healer
Dr Long is a gifted healer. She’s extremely compassionate and intuitive. I tried Acupuncture for the first time for insomnia. A friend recommended it and I was desperate enough to try anything! After only a few sessions I started sleeping through the night again.
On another occasion I had a pinched nerve that was causing back pain. After a single session combining cupping and Acupuncture, amazingly the pain was gone. I don’t really understand how, but it really works and Dr Long is amazing.

After a seminar on a cruise I was lucky enough to run into Dr. Yue (Iris) Long when going to Best Buy. A sign offered a free interview and session. It has been the best experience. You see I suffer from lower back pain and up to now nothing really worked and the pain would come back and many times made me bed ridden for days. Since seeing Dr. Long I no longer get the pain that would side line me for days. Dr. Long is very thorough and has a great caring personality. The offices are new and very well maintained.
